Should I take a stroller?

Also, since wagons are prohibited, what about these: https://www.toysrus.com/product?productId=96201876
Those trikes that lock and can be pushed like strollers. Expensive, but I'd sooner go with one of these than to have to retire early because my son just can't do anymore walking.
@CherylM do you know if these trikes are acceptable (since technically it's a bike)? Where can I find out this info? Thanks a bunch. :)
I would think that would be okay, since you push it and it pretty closely resembles a jogging stroller. I would just be cautious about how tippable it is if someone walks into it. :) If you're in any doubt, you can get in touch with guest services and they can tell you if they're allowed.

Kids are so different, so it's hard to say what's the right age. My older daughter (now 8) was fine without one when she was 5. She was never a big fan of the stroller and was pushing back when she was 3. It's different with my younger daughter. She's almost 5 now, and we're definitely taking the stroller in January. She likes riding in it and will be worn out (especially after Epcot).

We are planning a trip for 8 days in the Disney park and 2 at Universal. We will be staying at Art of Animation. Our kids will be 6 and 8 by then. We went to Disneyland when they were younger and we had a double stroller. Not sure if we should bring two cheapo umbrella strollers or one or none at all. I know Disney is huge and kiddos tire out easy so I am not sure, looking for others experiences. My youngest who will just be turning 6 when we get there tires out easily and tends to not pay attention to his surroundings. One reason we are doing such a long trip is so that we have plenty of time to see and enjoy without constant rushing.
Only you know your kid best but I think that in the absence of a medical issue or physical limitation a 6 year old can do ok without a stroller. My kid did fine on foot at age 5 but admittedly I ended up with her on my shoulders at the end of the day. I leaned toward a stroller for the first one at that age but my wife insisted that 5 was too old to be carted around and in the end she won the debate and it ended up being ok. From what you say though I would probably just bring an umbrella stroller, they are small cheap, light and if you don't need it ,it is still not big deal just to have around.

My first thought was that it would not be ok as it looks more like a bike with shade then a stroller. And then there are the pedals that stick out of the sides. I wouldn't spend the money on it unless you would use it at home. And unfortunately Guest Services could say one thing and the CMs at the park say the opposite.

I would say yes, bring one. So this scenario doesn't happen often but a friend/client traveled with her 4 and 6 year old. They never used a stroller for the 4 year old and definetly not for the 6 year old. They were thinking maybe they wouldn't get one and if they did get one, just a single. I told them, get a double. Between the heat and length of days and length of time there, I knew they would need one. They rented a double stroller and it literally saved them. Both boys, on different days, came down with a stomach flu type of bug and spent a day just laying in the stroller. My friend said more then once, this was their best decision. They were so relieved and happy to have the stroller. Based on the ages of your kids, I would say, at least bring a single stroller. Have a magical trip!!!
