Voted no. Really was amazing back in the day, but 3D movies just don't do it for me anymore (ironic yes?). I think they should gut the theatre portion and either:

A) move the image works there and let the ride reclaim its original space

or B) extend the ride into the theatre space if the current imageworks must stay.

This is of course assuming they are still in denial the upstairs even exists.

The problem is, it's hard to do a 3-D movie dealing with Imagination. HISTA had great theming but became dated really quickly seeing how the stars haven't done something that great since.

Its not hard, just takes a lot of imagination to make a movie about it. By choosing to go with a popular movie, it was an easy way out but ultimately doomed to staleness someday. If they want to avoid that again, they should go with something original.

great idea we definately need phineas and ferb in the parks plus they can fit in well with the theme of imagination. They could even do journey into imagination with phineas and ferb.

I say keep all the KUKA arms after their run in Innoventions. In ImageWorks make a section called Imagineer That! Phineas and Ferb will work with you to make the greatest ride ever. You'll then get a comment from a real Imagineer about your ride (positive) and Phinease and Ferb will thank you for coming.

How about it?

Well maybe an update wouldn't hurt. The only thing is none of the actors work anymore. Rick Moranis? When was the last time we saw him? The show is outdated that's for sure but I get the feeling if it is replaced it'll follow the path of "absence makes the heart grow fonder" and it'll be a lot like Mr. Toad and be that attraction that everyone relives over and over again.

It wouldn't be too hard to get those actors together again for a remake though. Maybe keep the shrinking thing intact but make things new. New things happening to the audience and such. It's just that in 1994 when it was made those movies were still very popular. But even those movies haven't aged very well as time goes on

I heard a rumor that another Honey movie was in the works, or should I say pre script phase. A buddy of mine who is in the biz had told me. Basically just rumors but that may cause a new 3d flick to be done in the future.

Or maybe we will get an 3d flick based on Antman from the Marvel world. Not sure if it is possible with the rights Universal has.

If there is indeed a new Honey... film it won't feature Rick Moranis, he's long retired from acting.

But you can never be 100% sure can ya, lol.
Liam Neeson publicly announced he was retiring after his role as Qui-Gon Jin in Episode 1. Never say never, ha ha ha :ROFLOL:

He is actually coming out of retirement for Ghostbusters 3.

That movie has been in the rumor mill for 5+ years, most recently Bill Murray spoke out against it. Unlikely that'll be happening.

As far as Moranis goes he refused to come out of retirement to simply do voice overs for the recent Ghostbusters video game. So...

Speaking of Ghostbusters, how is there not a Ghostbusters attraction somewhere? Or is there, and I just am not aware of it?

The Ghostbusters Spooktacular live show was at Universal Orlando. Looking over their current attractions, I realized why I don't go there anymore.

Also, Rick Moranis retired from acting when his wife died. He chose to be a full-time dad.
