Steph, if they are in NYC you guys have to go see them. I am a big Billy Joel fan too and it was just awesome to hear him live. [Elton John was amazing too.] Haha I sang so much I couldn't talk most of yesterday.

Thanks Samie! Hopefully, with the $8,000 new home buyers tax credit that, in 2009, people don't have to pay back at all and spring weather, someone will purchase it soon.

That sounds great. My aunt is cancer free right now. My mom's brother has the same cancer right now but it doesn't look good.

And Wyoming sounds lovely. And entertaining. :D Actually, it looks like a beautiful state. I would love to visit all 50 states actually. *looks wistfully ahead, God willing, to after the kids have grown and gone off on their own*

Seems like I've seen that they are coming here, but the timing was really bad. I'll have to double-check, though, cuz that would be an amazing shoe. Billy Joel is one of DH's faves.

Our old house in Florida is having the same problem right now. It's been on the market for something like two years :brick:

Elton John and Billy Joel are touring together :eek: I must see that concert!!!

Edit--I just checked ticketmaster and it doesn't look like they will be in New York.

Oh I forgot about that new tax credit- you are right between that and the weather, that should help a lot.

Oh no! Luckily, the housing market here isn't half as bad as Florida. I work with someone who has been trying to sell his house for four years!

That is tragic. I've really been hoping that ours sells soon... it was supposed to pay for much of my college!
