Given this recent announcement, any word if/when HKDL will follow suit???
There are no announcements about re-opening the Shanghai park on March 23.
Though the number of confirmed cases remain steady and low, Hong Kong is expecting a second wave of the virus. We might hear some updates on March 23 when the resort announces the FY 2019 results in LegCo.

who cares? no one is going to eat there because they are not staying at the hotel. no one is staying at the hotel because the park is closed. no one wants to go a pricey hotel just to eat at the restaurant inside then go home.
In fact, the hotel table service restaurants are packed. Therefore they converted the Enchanted Garden character buffet into a table service.

Movie theaters have begun to open up across the country (with the issue being there are no movies to release, so China has re-released old favorites). I’d imagine DL will follow with an announcement shortly.

Lumiere’s Kitchen at Shanghai has reopened a couple days ago, and SHDL Park is still closed DESPITE other Chinese parks resuming their operations.
Most analysts are saying SHDL could reopen by 4/15, if not sooner.

Effective immediately, Shanghai Disney Resort has increased the health QR code requirements.
In accordance with relevant regulations, every guest entering Shanghai Disney Resort will be required to undergo temperature screening procedures and present their Shanghai QR Code. Only guests with a green Shanghai QR Code will be allowed to enter the resort.
