SG detection, capture, and punishment

I was an EMT and part of our training was declaring death. We aren't allowed as EMT or Paramedics to declair a death except for 3 things. If there is obvious brain matter, head decapatation and regamortis has set in. If any of these 3 are present we are told to leave the location and secure the room and call for the Medical Examiner.
