Sesame Street Characters at Sea World Orlando.

Looking through the brochures for Sea World I see that they have the Sesame Street characters in the park. I'm curious how much they're in the park in Orlando and in what places I'll find them? I'm considering taking my 2 year old son there this summer. He is crazy about Elmo. In fact looking through the brochure the other day, he saw a picture of Elmo and just kept screaming Elmo, Elmo, Elmo over and over.

So before I promise him that we're going to go to Sea World and see Elmo I want to make sure to what level the characters are incorporated there. I haven't been to Sea World since I was a kid, so I'm sure much has changed since then.

I've never seen the SS characters there - are you sure they were not pictures from Sesame Place?

I've never seen one, but A-B also operates Seasme Place, so perhaps they "borrowed" some images for their corporate image bank.

To see theSS characters in Orlando you will need to go to Breakfast with Elmo which costs $18 for adults $16 for kids. There is also the show with Elmo and Abby and a bunch of other SS characters that you can attend in the Sea Port theater. I haven't seen it this year and don't know if they do a meet and greet after the show.

I couldn't remember if they were in the Pets Ahoy show during the year, but they are in the Halloween show.

Thanks guys. I looked on there for probably 20 minutes and couldn't find anything. Eventually I uncovered them. There website may not be as poor as Disney's but for a company of their magnitude it seems awfully amateurish.

They are not ever in the Pets Ahoy Show- that is with real pets. This summer there is an Abby(?)show. I assume there are many characters in the show) in the same theater as Pets Ahoy. The shows yesterday were at 11:15 and 12:45 I think. Check schedule for the day you will be there. Then they do the Pets Ahoy show 2 or 3 times in the afternoon. I did not see any one but Shamu and a Manta doing meet and greets . They were at the front of the park when the park opened.

Too hot for costumes-yesterday! thank God we brought misters and lots of water.

There's a copy of the full show on youtube. It's the same show, but in Sesame Place in PA. Trust me, you'll wish you hadn't watched it...

My 2 year old niece enjoyed the show but her 7 year old brother and 11 year old sister thought it was a waste of the time in the park. They did get pictures taken with Elmo and Abby while they were there.
