just to clarify.. there is no issue with Sheraton. It's very nice here. Customer service here is very nice and pleasant.

If I knew it was going to be over 30 min wait, then I would make other plans. We watched 3 animal kingdom and 2 Disney spring bus go by and no Mk. Bus driver's lack of attempt to find out the arrival time for MK adds the frustration.

Will say coming back was no problem...

So where are you staying? First Swan & Dolphin, now the Sheraton? What? Which is it?

Also, why didn't you just walk or take the boat to Epcot (if the bus wasn't coming) and go get on the monorail to the TTC and then to the MK? It's a little out of the way, but still gets you to the MK... Sometimes ya just gotta know the contingency routes to get on your way.

We have been a Disney lover. We have been to Disney world and Disneyland over 5 times since our kids have been born.

This trip so far has been terribly disappointment from the cast members service. From the phone triage center, restaurant staff, to transportation, I have been consistently told there is a disclaimer to cover their advertisement .

After waiting over 35 mins for bus from dolphin to magic kingdom, watched 3 animal kingdom and 2 Disney Spring buses go by, we were told by Matt that the expected wait is 30 min. It will take longer for his manager to address any issues, and go complaint to front desk. He proudly to point out his bus number for any complaint.

Not to mention the poor call experience from the Disney call center when I tried to explain that we want to watch epicot firework and the restaurant advertised waterfront view to watch firework can't provide firework view. We just want to watch firework and try to figure out resolution. The attitude was there is a disclaimer that there is no guarantee. Disney is within their right.

These consistent poor customer service within 24 hours is really ruin my Disney experience. No one care.

So dolphin is operated by Sheraton, bus transportation is by Disney.

The transportation is provided by Disney.

For the record, there was only 9oclock reservation left. We were not asking for premium seating... reservation cannot be cancelled without panelty. Why did we scheduled at 9, because the restaurant description says there is firework view.

We definitely need more terminology lessons for Disney...

At the end of the day, Disney has many merits. It is magical...

Disney definitely doesn't owe me anything. However, may it be my high expectation, poor planing, Customer service is not what I remembered.

It is a great place for many others....

Because the bus driver DOESNT know when the next bus will be. You have to take into account the traffic going from where they are, to you, to the size of the crowds getting on and or off said bus, plus the stops (if there are any) in between.

Do they not have the bus arrival time board at swan? We found the information on these boards very accurate and informative. I wish they would put it on their app.

Agree...

2nd Disney Spring bus driver called the central station and told us that it's on its way. Then 3rd Animal kingdom bus came... he was not helpful...
By then it has been 35 min and more...

By the time I walked back to front desk, I would have missed the bus that I already waited over 35min...
My complaint is about customer service...

Reservation was at 9. We stopped by at 7 to see if there is anything we can do not to miss the firework... earlier dining, check- in earlier, any options... was told no, no, no... other than come at 845 for earliest check in and no guarantee... mind you we are not asking for window view, just not to miss the fireworks...

Glad there is a hope for transportation since we have 4 more days to go...0
But what was the restaurant?

What you have told me that there is a view at every table and we likely will not miss the firework by the time we are seated...

Maybe you should work for Disney...
Or do some research about important stuff to do at WDW before visiting there blindly.
