That is so cool!! BTW what was his name??? :ROFLOL::ROFLOL:
Haha I wish I could tell but you know I would like it to be less crowded in there in Feb/March

I forgot to mention that is closes around 4/4:30pm or something like that. I am not sure if that was just for Test Track or all of the VIP Rooms. I guarentee you all have at least seen some of it once. While on TT going through all of the inclined twists and turns you come face to face with it's big window for a brief time. If you have never known what it was before now you know, otherwise look out for it next time

I've been inside the HP lounge at Mission Space many times.

My dad worked for HP, and he won some award the year they opened Mission Space, so they flew him (and a bunch of other people who won + their spouses) to Disney. Then there was a big party after Epcot closed one night and everyone got to ride as many times as they wanted and chill in the lounge.

So the next 2 visits we would head straight to the special little entrance, my dad would give his name, and they'd unlock the door. There was a hostess, comfy chairs, free pop/juice/coffee, a computer with email access, and one of those M:S video postcard kiosks. Most of the times we went in there, it would be just us and maybe 1 other family. My mom would chill in the air conditioning while we were escorted by the hostess to the fastpass lane (where it meets the other lines). From the lounge there's a really dark tinted window that looks down over a part of the line. Very cool.

We always get park hopper passes, so on the way back to our resort from whatever park, we would run over to Epcot, do M:S about 3 times, then head back to the resort. My dad (and his boss, who also won that award that year) quit his job at HP and they started their own business, and my dad says that the lounge is the thing he misses most about working for HP.

AT&T had one inside epcot's big white ball. Not sure if it's still there. It wasn't much, but you got to make free calls and hang out.

AT&T had one inside epcot's big silver golf ball. Not sure if it's still there. It wasn't much, but you got to make free calls and hang out.
There, I've fixed it now.

Enough with the boring corporate lounges already. What about the really cool secret rooms with the Mission:Space protein spill hazmat suits or the Castle defense missile launch systems?

I thought every pavilion was designed with one; Japans above the showbuilding facing the lagoon for example? What became one of the Canadian Break rooms?

There is a breakroom on top of Japan with windows facing north. Nothing up there looks out onto Epcot though as it would ruin the show. I was up there on NYE this year during Illuminations and one of the mirrors for the lasers was just above me. That was pretty cool.

The Canada breakroom is in a trailer now behind the pavilion. It's shared with Soarin' and also has an entertainment break room attached to it.

I thought originally (80's) Japan had a south facing room above the MTW preshow area? Or am I mistaken?

Canada... the old unofficial breakroom in the hotels upper level - either in the old Kidcot area or the top floor behind the laser room? I thought this was the Canadian Telecom lounge when the park opened (and the upper level eating area was never built)

Back in the late 80s GE sponsored Horizons and we would get in there. It had free drinks and some cushy chairs to sit in. It didnt have any windows bit had a huge(for the time) projection tv with a remote controll camera that you could look around FW.
We also have been to the Passholder lounge at the Land, again free Coke products and a half dozen rooms to relax in. The best ones had the views of the LWTL boat ride.
