Are the waves and seagulls operatational yet at the Seas? I heard that for a while, they have not been working. I'll be there in 1 week and hope the are operational!

They were fully operational 2 weeks ago when I was at Epcot. I'll check tomorrow while I'm over there, but I only recall once when they were not operational when I was there.
