I do like how SE looked better, but I really don't think that the wand looks too bad. But the font could be better.

I think it looks ok, but i don't think that they should keep it up there forever I think they should take it down soon.

I like the wand and the epcot. At frist I didnt but... it grew on me.. and so has the hat. But .. if they'd get rid of it I wouldn't be dissapointed... just as long as my rides there!!

I miss SE standing tall and majestic above the park...now it seems to sort of cower below the whole "epcot" structure. Fun for a celebration but needs to go away and give us back the art that is SE!

I think that for the 2000 celebration, it was okay, but when they added the "EPCOT" on it, it just looks cheesy, especially when the colors faded.......

I voted for OK, but I feel more blasé, if you will.
It really isn't as imposing as Spaceship Earth itself. The hat, on the other hand, I like, but it should go elsewhere after the party is over.

I started this thread because I always loved approaching epcot at night and seeing SE lit up, it looks amazing. It set a great atmosphere. Now it looks cheesy!

The MGM Hat i like! It's a better park symbol than the earfel tower.

Why not? Mickey embodies the spirit of Disney. The symbol to me is the kid inside you.

Because Mickey is just one of the fascets of WDW. There is so much more to it than a mouse!!

Walt used his imagination and went beyond Mickey...now the Disney company is going backwards and adding more Mickey as if they've run out of ideas. The whole Mickey everywhere thing is very un-imaginative if you ask me. Thats just my opinion.

Its simple...I go to MK, MGM, and even AK and enjoy them, but also get oversaturated with Mickey mouse. Epcot is the park i go to when I want that disney magic, without seeing a mouse or cartoon character around every corner.
