you heard wrong. Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade & Holiday Wishes are worth the price of the ticket. Add to that that all the rides are walk ons and you have one heck of a holiday gathering :animwink:

All adds to the fun !!!

Enjoy your trip - do consider MVMCP - although pricey it is a unique experience (I've never been but would love to experience it - work commitments will prevent us getting to WDW while it runs). I doubt very much it is walk on for all rides (I've heard it can be busy)

We are going to MVMCP just to do all the Christmas things. We are planning to be at MK for 2 full days and maybe another 1/2 day for all the attractions. We want the kids to see the parade, snow and characters so are paying the money just for that. This is our 1st Christmas time trip and want to do/see as much of the holiday things as possible.

We have done MVMCP once, it was extremely crowded on Main Street, I would recommend during it once, I don't think I would do it again unless I have kids. The snow on Main Street is neat to see. The rides are were not walk ons when we were there, which was probably a week before Christmas. The max wait I would say was for SM 30 minutes. I did enjoy the parade, so look at your budget, if you can afford it, I would def take the family

MVMCP is worth it! It is an amazing experience. I would avoid watching the parade on mainstreet though. Try to find a quieter place. Even the hub up near the castle is better then mainstreet itself.

Have fun on your trip! Crowds should be pretty good if it is like it was last year. We went roughly the same time. Looks like you will be eating well a couple of those days, especially 12/18!

As far as MVMCP we did it last year and it was great! We arrived around 7pm and once you waded thru main street it was fine. Mostly hectic on Main Street due to non party goers exiting while we were entering. Once we got to the hub it was fine.

I hope you are planning time for a break in the afternoons, looks like your days AND nights are full. Too much rushing just makes everyone angry :fork:

MVMCP is a must do, try a week day, they are less crowded :xmas:

We'll be there too! Hope you have a blast, remember, you can't do it all in one trip :)

Yep. That is the only reason we decided to stay on property instead of saving $1500 at a great 2b/2bath condo. nothing really planned for afternoons so playing it by ear. If nice maybe days at the pool or bike riding, or canoeing.

Anyone ever eat at Cape May Cafe for Dinner. Just made last reservation of the trip for a break from Epcot for a boat ride over to Beach Club for dinner then back for illuminations or candlelight processional..

It's great and I'm not a seafood fan. There are plenty of choices. This is somplace that DH likes so we try to go every trip.
