I spoke on the phone with the aforementioned contractor today, who clarified what he told me... and it's not a beacon of hope. He said that 2 clubs will be saved, but he meant the buildings, not the clubs inside.

I'm predicting Mannequins and Rock & Roll Beach Club will be the buildings that are kept.

The AC and BET are basically the same building. I could see RnRBC and the AC/BET being saved.

It could also be Manniquens and 8-Trax. The AC has a strange shape for any kind of store.

The AC would probably be repurposed as a restaurant, if anything.
