Well, yellow DOES in theory mean "slow down," so you won't have to wonder if you'll make the light or not.

Not in MA. It means to speed up so that you don't get stuck at a red light.

Actually you have that kind of backwards. Almost all of the roads on Disney property are in fact not owned by Disney at all. They are owned and maintained by RCID making them publicly owned roads. OCSO does indeed have jurisdiction over public roads within their county.
