Save the Adventurers Club

Yes and…..

My understanding is pleasure island as a whole was losing money. They were slowly wanting to convert clubs into rentals that offered live music - that was Raglan Road.

But then they decided to just pull the plug completely and shut all the clubs.

Comedy Warehouse and Adventurers Club could have stayed and made a profit.

Adventurers Club could have even become a dinner show with the same price points as Hoop dee Doo.

I think they made a mistake by closing all of the clubs. It always seemed like the two comedy clubs and Mannequins could have lived on, as they all had diehard fans.

Kungaloosh Adventurers,

As is Club tradition on this night each year, I give to you one of the most secret, and often overlooked Club tradition that occurred only at Midnight of Christmas Eve 1937, the annual Adventurers retelling of "T'was the Night Before Christmas". For full effect, press play at the stroke of midnight tonight, accompanied by your favorite Yuletide beverage: eggnog, wassail, Yakoose Mousse, or a Kungaloosh.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and KUNGALOOSH!!!

Such fond memories at this club as a kid. Running from room to room and seeing all the shows. Oh how I wish they would bring this back. Put it in Adventureland or AK and it will print money...
Probably not. Based on today's management philosopy:
a. $50 per person cover charge
b. $10 fountain sodas
c. $35 well drinks
d. $45 call drinks
3. $50 Kungaloosh ($60 if you want the glass)

It would be so cool if they had brought this back to Adventureland instead of building club 33 I love the the S.E.A stuff so to see where it all began would be awesome

Merriweather Pleasure and the Adventure’s Club being connected to SEA is something that has largely come about after the club closed. It also wasn’t really part of the initial development of SEA for Tokyo DisneySEA.

Didn’t Joe rode work on both? I can’t imagine he wasn’t thinking of the adventurers club when designing DisneySEA

Disney’s enthusiasm for creating themed drinking spots (in parks, DCL) would help this cause. So top is the likely fondness this place has among various imagineers. Working against it is the entertainment CMs it would require to work as it did before. That could be overcome if it basically reuses some aspects of the Ip that is more AA and less CM heavy.
