Sanity Check - Solo trip to WDW

Through the magic of points and miles, I am taking a solo trip to WDW next month!

My last trip to WDW was a family trip for MNSSHP in 2013. Planning a trip for a group is different than planning a trip for just me. Last time I was solo in WDW was in 1997 for a friend's wedding.

Should I wear my Ma Beagle costume and meet up with the DisneyBounders?

Does anyone eat alone at Be Our Guest?

Should I stay cheap and do All Sports? (I will be calling AAA tomorrow to see if there are any deals)

I'm not going to sleep tonight!

@HouCuseChickie and @Jessica Meier I am looking to you for advice and mom support. I will also accept you as roommates. Think about it.

That is roughly my plan. I wasn't able to get the FP+ for 7DMT (I will try that day) so that will be my first stop with PP as my second.

I'm doing PP for the sake of memory so if I don't get on, I'll be okay. On the other hand, iasm is a memory ride but an important one for me. That was mine and Grandpa's favorite. Last trip, I was able to hold it together until the final room before I started tearing up.
The new standby queue for Peter Pan is BETTER than the actual ride! Try to see it.

I second that the standby queue is really wonderful to see. On our last trip this December we actually switched it up a bit and hit up Dumbo and Under the Sea first instead so that there would be just the *teensiest* line at Peter Pan and we could linger in the queue a bit and drink it all in. It's very well done.

It's hard to be frustrated and excited at the same time.

I called the main line the other day to check on some details and to put my allergy on my dining. I got a rude CM from tech. "AS I EXPLAINED..." I got put on hold a bunch of times by a well-meaning new CM. I dialed the Disney Dining line and ended up in Reservations. We figured this out when she offered to transfer me to Disney Dining and gave me the phone number 'just in case'.

I ended up in their voice mail system. No, not able to leave a voice mail, I was "in" their voice mail system. "If you would like to check your mail box...".

I gave up after that call.

Has anyone had a package from Amazon delivered to All Star Sports? We did a delivery for POFQ and they lost it at POR. Is it easier at Sports?

The MDE app keeps trying to give me a FP+ for Soarin'. Make it stop!:arghh:

I've only had a package delivered from Amazon to WL and BWI and it worked fine

Hotel is booked.

Lunch at BOG with allergy note is booked.

FP+ for 7DMT is booked.

New Magic Band arrived. (Not a complaint but I don't remember ordering pink.)

ME info arrived with proper arrival and departure flights.

All I have to do is throw some things in a bag and I'm ready to go.
