runDisney training videos w/ Jeff Galloway

Anyone looking for some expert advice during race training might want to check out this page. Jeff Galloway is the official trainer for runDisney. So far, he has made 3 videos for Disney training, covering the run-walk-run method, proper running/walking form, and cadence drills. It looks like more will continue to be uploaded over time.

Some of this stuff can be very helpful, even if you don't use every piece of advice. And it's all filmed at WDW, which makes it fun to watch while preparing for a Disney race.

And I just realized this would have been a good post for the existing Jeff Galloway thread in this forum. If a mod wants to merge them, that would be cool.

Thanks! I read about the drills in his books but haven't tried them. The vids would be easier.
