Rumors on when the Cali Grill will open/reservations

What I dont get is that I was able to make a resertvation for the California Grill on May 22 of this year, for November 18th @ 7:35, 2013 ... Am I missing something? I have the confirmation email.

So, I guess my question is, do the reservations open at midnight eastern time on the 26th online, or do we have to wait until the Reservations Line opens up and call?
