I'm always amazed that people think the CoP can just be picked up and moved. If it was that simple, I think they would have done that by now....if for no other reason, to move it a bit out of the way and open up some space.

Valid point. I too like the idea of original attractions, however tron (especially tron 2.0) is obsolutely perfect for an attarction. It is visually stunning, has on amazing story, and would provide state of the art technology. As far as transition, you could easily make an entrance for it on the side near space mountain, and mask what ever part of the show building you need to with trees and other buildings on the fantasyland side of things. WDWI can always find ways around minor details such as transition between lands. In addition, although tron has a definete cult following, many people probally wouldn't be familiar with it being a movie and a pc game, much like Splash mountain or the fact that the movie African queen was used as inspiration for jungle cruise. Also, I just want something original that is not currently in any other park. Tron is just way over due. And you could even create a whole new story for the attaraction based on the tron universe.

MGM doesn't really follow any major formula. It was originally a movie studio themed park, but then they added R&RC, which has nothing to do with the movies (but is a great ride)
Full rights for TV showings and limited for Theme Park use... never said Disney owned Potter...Originally posted by The_CEO
