Rumor:Reports that BOG will be 2 credits for both lunch and Dinner!

Well in a year you'll be able to take your son onto the Transformers ride in Universal :) lol....

He loves the super heros too. Every time the avengers monorail came around on our last trip he would stop and point. We are already penciling in a day or 2 on our next trip for Uni. We may actually go next summer for just a few days and just do Universal. The boys aren't into Potter yet, but we both read all the books and saw all the movies and I haven't seen Potterland yet.

Any word on when they will start taking reservations for dinner? If most of the FL expansion is opening early December with previews starting mid November they should start taking them soon I would think since we are only 3 months out.

They haven't told us anything other than the "2 credit" thing so we're just going on the 8/28 rumor as well. Sorry.

Does it require a credit card for a reservation? That has reduced the LeCellier ADRs.

It's not listed on the dining plan right now as signature so my guess would be no. Only a guess at this point. Who knows how things will work when it opens. In the beginning it will be packed especially for lunch where it's not table service so no reservations at all.

Well, like some of us said, that Disney rep was just plain wrong on this one.
I still question whether a "Disney Rep" gave them that information. If, as they claim, their travel agent liaison at Disney specifically told them that it was 2 credits, they should be begging for another liaison immediately!

The two credit for lunch part was the dead giveaway. If it had only been about dinner being 2 credits, I might have been able to buy it, even with the 2013 DDP brochures already being out with 1 credit on them.

No kidding! I took a look at their Facebook site and felt so sorry for all their customers that was buying it hook, line and sinker. Betting they lost some agency business over that boondoggle.

Mistakes do happen, and they were only reporting what their Disney rep told them (although after being presented with so much information against their rep's info, I probably would have backed off being so sure about it). If nothing else, it does call the Disney rep's credibility into question on future announcements before the official word comes out.

That information was put out with the strong caveat (if you had seen the original post) that it came from our rep and that while it was the only place we had heard it from, we had never been given wrong information in the past and that we were standing by it until we heard otherwise. If they got it wrong, and they clearly did, it's because someone in Disney told them the wrong thing. The entire agency put out the same information (my Facebook page is my own, not my agency's page).

Thanks for your concern about my business, but with nearly 7000 likes on my Facebook page, it's never been better. People make mistakes. I owned it.

Standing by the information is not really a caveat. It was also disturbing to see posts questioning it being deleted. I'm not concerned about your business... I am concerned when bad information is posted that goes against everything publicly known in what appeared to be an (bad) attempt to "scoop" others. Just my opinion! :)

Posts were deleted that were rude to other posters. I won't have that on my site. I don't really have time to defend this anymore having explained myself already.
