The space upstairs in the Chateau is somewhat limited, much smaller than Le Cellier's dining room, and also does not feature any facilities to prepare food or restrooms, that being said, there were rumours of this happening, but that was before Canada and UK food and beverage was merged. It kinda seemed to be forgotten about after that...
