Verandah. I'm biased. Never had a porthole or magic porthole. I did love sitting on my own little verandah with my coffee & fruit early in the morning... :wave:

My rule of thumb is if the difference is $100 or less between a balcony and an inside room, per night , I will upgrade to a balcony.

Last summer on the Magic was the first time I was able to get a balcony, and I really enjoyed it.
