Room Only Adding Passes

For my short, upcoming trip, I was planning on booking a room only ressie, then purchasing park passes with hopper when I get there. Can I purchase tickets upon check in at Pop? Or do I have to wait until I get to a park? Is there savings on a 4 day pass for purchasing in advance? I was going to do the room only as I would only have to make a deposit of 1 nights' stay, then I would pay the balance and for the park passes when I actually arrive. If I booked a package, I'd have to pay it all off 45 days prior to arrival I think. Thanks!

As long as they're not Annual Passes, you can buy them on check-in and even have them put on your Keys to the World card(s). My only suggestion is that you forego the on-line check-in as it really would add time to checking in if you did.

As far as purchasing tickets in advance, the only time there would be a savings on that is if you bought them before the annual price increase. Prices generally go up every August, so if you bought tickets now for a trip next October, then you would beat the price increase. But other than that, it makes no difference if you buy the tickets now, or if you wait until you get there, you'll be paying the same either way. :wave:

Monty is right. I booked a room only this past august and was going to purchase tickets when I got there. Well the front desk was able to put our tickets on our room key, it did take a few minutes but the front desk was very helpful. Enjoy!

As for ticket pricing going up, this past year it happened in June vs August. The savings really wasn't huge.

Unless the OP bought them from an authorized reseller. Then they could save a few bucks by buying them in advance. A 4 day ticket is only like 4 bucks cheaper through the resellers. And some will give you a 5th day for free.
