Would they do this for a gay couple celebrating their anniversary?
No, they managed to tack on a "no gay anniversary celebration" clause into Proposition 8.

Definitely a romantic dinner at either Concourse Steakhouse or one of the countries in World Showcase.
Not sure if you would find this romantic or not, but when I worked MK graveyard security, guests would sit at the Hub and wait for the Kiss Goodnight. Sometimes you can also see a proposal happen.
Kiss Goodnight times:
Mon - Thu & Sat: 12am, 12:30 am, 1am
Sun & Fri: 2am, 2:30 am, 3am

(This is totally unrelated to the topic, but just saw where you are from. I'm from Bay St. Louis. )
Thanks for the cariage ride info. My hubby and I would DEF. enjoy that! Especially since we go at Christmas most of the time!:xmas:
Ya'll do realize that she was asking for our help back in July. Chances are she has already gone and come home.
Tis true, tis true...Doesn't mean she can't get new ideas for another trip. Romance at WDW isn't a one time thing, ya know. I would hope not anyways... :lookaroun
I would say talk a walk on the beach at the Polynesian Hotel. You can see Wishes from there and there are some quiet spots away from the part of beach across from the pool. Kind of a tropical romance vibe. Plus the castle, the Contemporary and the Grand Floridian look so pretty from the Poly beach at night.
Also, if you are looking for a splurge, do a couples massage at the spa in the Grand Floridian. I have never done that before but it always seems so tempting. I am sure it is a lot of $$$$ though.
