Robida's Flats, Robida Flats, I never got the name of it. My guess is that the name is referring the kind of projection used in that scene, but I always thought it was a place. Which one?

Robida's France is one scene from Horizons, which uses Albert Robida's ideas for a future society. Maybe that's what you're thinking of.
