The lion of the senate is gone... RIP Teddy. He was a man who was always willing to speak out for those who couldn't to it themselves.

Yup, he certainly was the voice of the poor and working class. Lived in Boston for 33 years and I know first hand his passion for helping those in need; this included the middle-class who struggled to better themselves.

I had the privilege of having lunch with him while I was in high school and he was the most jovial person you could ever meet.
