rides/attractions not to miss

Ok, here is a list of the rides/attractions we did not get to go on during our Dec. '08 trip. Some were closed, some I didn't know much about, and some of them we just didn't have time for. So, which of these should I absolutely not miss on our upcoming trip. Oh, there's me and my wife, my two girls (12 and 7) and my parents. Thanks in advance.

Magic Kingdom;

Enchanted Tiki Room, Country Bear Jamboree, Carousel of Progress, The Hall of Presidents.

Epcot;

Ellens Energy Adventure, Journey into Imagination with Figment, Gran Fiesta Tour (Mexico), Maelstrom (Norway), Reflections of China, The American Adventure, Impressions De France, O Canada.

Hollywood Studios;

The Great Movie Ride, Sounds Dangerous - Starring Drew Carey, Muppet Vision 3D, One Mans Dream, Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage,

Animal Kingdom;

Festival of the Lion King, Flights of Wonder, Finding Nemo - The Musical.

You missed some of my FAVES! It's hard to pack it all in, isn't it?

IMHO....

Magic Kingdom:
TIKI ROOM- Must-see classic
CoP- Another Disney quintessential classic
HofP- Love this one, it's a great break from the parks, and always makes me feel proud to be an American all over again!

EPCOT:
JIIF- FAVORITE!!
Maelstrom- this is my boyfriend's favorite
Grand Fiesta Tour- This is pretty underrated. The atmosphere is so cool! Just walking into the pavillion is awesome!
The movies for the other countries that you listed are hit or miss, we usually do them if we have time, which is only once every 5 years or so.

DHS:
Great Movie Ride- cannot miss!
Muppets 3D- kids will love and adults will too

Note: Sounds Dangerous is SOO stupid! and it's usually never open when I've been there. (sorry!)

AK:
Festival of the Lion King- I'm sure others can back me up here, but this is BY FAR the BEST show on WDW property. It gives me chills every year. CANNOT MISS!!
Flights of Wonder- very cool, try to make time for this one!

Hope this help! Have a GREAT trip!!
:)

Epcot- Gran fiesta and maelstrom, the movies are a great place to take a break with the kids.

DHS- Muppet Vision, Beauty and the Beast, and One Mans Dream (history of Disney, might be boring for kids)

The only one out of your whole list that I would skip is Sounds Dangerous. The rest are all attractions you should try at least once. How long is your trip?

If you have to leave some things out - which we all do from time to time - I'd say your list is OK. What I'd add back is Carousel of Progress (especially if you need a good place to sit down in cool temps for a bit!), Maelstrom, Great Movie Ride, and one of the shows at AK (either Lion King or Nemo).

We'll have 7 days to spend in the parks and a couple evenings so I'm hoping to hit most of these, except Sounds Dangerous, haven't heard anything good about it yet. Plus there's a bunch of stuff that I probably won't do again like Stitch's Great Escape.
