Hi, i am staying at Pop Century and we wanted to meet some family for dinner Saturday night 10/18, We tried getting reservations but most places were full plus there will be 10 of us. Does anyone know any place right outside Disney we could go? A short cab ride from Pop would be even better!

TIA

How about one of the other resort food courts if you dont like the one at Pop? Cant make any reservations on property?I find that hard to believe, off property all you are going to find is the same stuff you have at home.Quite a drive to find anything on that side of the property anyway.Did you try downtown?

Crossroads might be a good idea. There you'll find TGI Fridays, Chevy's Tex Mex, Uno's, and a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Of course you could always try one of the Downtown Disney places. My wife and I tend to eat at Downtown Disney at least once when we stay down there... either at Wolfgangs if we want something a little nicer, or at Earl of Sandwich if it's a quick lunch/dinner.

We're also HUGE fans of Big River at Disney's Boardwalk. Get there before the dinner rush and you'll be in good shape. It's supposed to cool down this weekend so you guys could sit outside and maybe have a little more room.

Hope this helps!

Our family enjoyed New York Pizza, west on 192 in the old IHOP ('new' IHOP is next door). Good table set up for large groups. Great NY style pie, and got a discount coupon for a return visit that we used.

I second the Big River Grille at the Boardwalk, yummy food. They don't take ressie's before hand so it's an option.

My personal fav's that are outside Disney property on 192 are Houlihans and Macaroni Grille. I know alot of people will direct you towards the other side by down town disney and they do have alot of great options, but i think from Pop Century you'd be better off trying places on 192.

We have a Big River Grill near where we live, and really like it.

For off site dining, we like to eat at Bahama Breeze. It's just on the other side of the interstate from DD.

Try Red Lobster on US 192 next to Old Town. Its across from Holiday Inn. Really great food, and their wait staff the is one of the top wait staff in the Red Lobster chain.

Go south on World Drive exit 192 east, about 10 min.
