You're correct. Disney simplified room categories in the last year or two and I wasn't up to speed. Resort view now includes garden, monorail, or parking lot views.

Ah thanks for this. I was thinking "Resort View" was towards the MK, trading away a view of the epcot resort area lake from BC. I guess "Theme Park View" or similar at poly looks at the MK, with the armed camp bungalows in the foreground.
I would not trade for that, they would have to offer the bungalows themselves.

So you're left with location location location, I think it depends on your preferences sorry. The specific room you wind up at each matters too, tough call. Both good choices though!
