Resort Mugs

We will be at WDW in 27 days and I was wondering if the Resort Mugs have changed yet? I do not mind buying them but I hope it is different from the ones we got in May of 2012. Anybody know?

Here's an Idea... Maybe Disney should at least start selling mug covers that slip on over the old tired design... accessorize your old mug design with a personal favorite character or resort cover.

I was just there and the mugs are the same as they were. I really miss the resort specific ones.

With the resort mugs, are you meant to buy new ones each time or can u bring your old ones in to refill at the drinks counters?

You are supposed to buy a new one each trip.

However, considering they no longer vary the designs the way they used to, I'm not sure how or even if they enforce that.

They normally change around April time nowadays every two years....... Hoping for a new one on 29th!

I could have sworn I'd seen burgundy before...maybe one of the teachers at my daughter's school.

When they were doing the RFID mug tests, I believe those had different handle/lid colors to help differentiate them from the normal refillable mugs. So you may have seen one of those.
