Resort Mugs

We will be at WDW in 27 days and I was wondering if the Resort Mugs have changed yet? I do not mind buying them but I hope it is different from the ones we got in May of 2012. Anybody know?

I was under the impression they haven't changed in quite a few years. I think at this point if you save them you basically are just collecting different lid and handle colors of the same design. I can't remember back when the mugs used to be different for each hotel. I do know I had a ton of those big fat yellow port Orleans ones though... in fact it was so long ago it may be dixie landings

You are correct. The mugs have been the same design for years now. I believe the last time they were changed was in 2010 or 2011. Sometime around there.

They haven't had the fatter ones for years, though. I have a bunch from both CBR and POR. Then I have some from the YoaMD and Celebrate themes.

I think we have 2 with blue lids, one with pink, one with black, and one with yellow (from when they first came out). That's plenty of those for me! Although the orange and green lids that they have now look cool. But I still want a new design.

Man- now I want an orange one! Love me some ORANGE!

I could have sworn I'd seen burgundy before...maybe one of the teachers at my daughter's school.

My mom was there on the 4th and they are the same as mine was from April/May 2012. I think she said they were different color handles and some of the same ones

I really want to create some overlay on photoshop to use the same characters and somewhow put them in a totally different scene just to see if anybody would even notice.

(as a really awful prank you can bring the old one and get a new one an have someone in your group "spot all the differences" between the cups. depending in how gullible your friends and family are it could be a great half hour)
