I have a couple of questions.

1. We are planning a trip 2004 Spring Break (March 18 will probably be check in day) How early should we book our room. We are considering the All Star Movie or the Pop Century.

2. I was doing some calculating on costs on the disney website, and the dream maker package for this year is cheaper than the room and ultimate hopper tickets. Can we book the room by itself and then add the package? And will they give us the difference if we would have booked them together? If one of our party members leaves a little early can they just book a certain number of days on their tickets??

I appreciate any advice and/or tips.

Thanks

Hi Kim, I read your post and I Am not sure if I got all the questions, but if I dont cover something please ask!! It is early here for me so I will do my best!!
1) you can book your room only type of package pretty well in advance if you like. Simply pay attention to any specials that may come out between now and then and you can rebook to obtain the lower rate. To have someone help you with this Id recommend Kingdom Konsultant (Pam). She is a travel agent as well as a sponsor of these boards. She has told me that she will renbook people if she can get them a lower rate.
2) The package offered this year includes the room and tixs. You couldnt just book one or the other. The Fairytale Package is really an amazing deal though and at a pretty nice time of the year. March may be very crowded, being Spring Break and all.
3) Tips: hhhmm Just be careful to pay attention to cancellation policies. Disney is usually pretty good directly. Room only type of package is usually a full refund if you call them up to 5 days before you check in!!! Tix are always non refundable I believe but I Am not absolutely certain on that. Dont be afraid to use a travel agent, as they are free plus have access to SOMETIMES better deals than we do. I really do recommend Pam as she is a Disney buff as we are. Most Travel Agents dont know as much about Disney as we do, just from posting on this board!! Good luck and have a great time whatever you decide. Belle

I have a couple of questions for you. How many days are you planning your trip for? Did you want airfare included in your package? You can book the room now and then have it switched over to a discounted rate like Belle said. Also I would recommend purchasing park hopper tickets if you are staying up to 7 days. I sell discounted tickets on my website so that would save you more money. Also were you planning on renting a car or getting transfers? If you have any questions that I can help you with, please feel free to PM or e-mail me.

Pam
