Oh yeah that ride that's perfect to cool yourself down during hot days.

Using an enclosure for an ride's ending would be vastly more compelling if it had a water view for the vehicles. Like their "Pop song we dredged out of the credits of a 90s animated movie" track might actually be good accompaniment if you could actually see real penguins swimming in front of your ride vehicle.

Wikipedia alleges Rat's capacity is 2220. With little info on the ride systems of the other two you name, I have no guess as to their capacity, but I would assume less than that. But they don't need to replace Energy's theoretical capacity; they need to replace the number of people who actually still ride it.thats less than 2000 on most days I think

That is a nice number! I think that is a respectable number, having the flat ride next door will help as well.

Ratatouille is going to be great for Epcot. It fits a more "Disney's world's fair" vs. a "world's fair" which has some potential with the right vision, balance of IPs, and enough cash.

I talked to an imagineer at D23 earlier this year who worked on Mystic Manor and he said they couldn't build it at MK because its capacity is too low when I asked about it.
