Can you camp at fort wilderness and still qualify for this offer ?

I don't know, but would assume not. The official language stipulates that you must have at least 3 nights at an official WDW RESORT. A campground is not a resort. Cabins might be included.

Bear in mind, it's a limited availability offer, so even people staying in resorts might not get the offer if those available rooms get snagged before they make their reservations.

Previous posters are correct, you can not get it at the campsites.
