I think they should do this during the ride. It would make it a bit more interesting.

I can't find another thread for this, but they're now selling snacks and drinks halfway through the NRJ queue in Pandora. I'm heading onto FoP later, so I'll report with that.View attachment 285998
It's nice if you don't wait longer than half an hour. It's a wonderful bit of air conditioned beauty acting like a tech showcase.Boy, this must be new! I just rode it last week and no snacks. IMO, at least if they had good snacks it might make the ride worth going to. I was less than impressed.
Safaris has a space for this they used to use also. That center area after the booking office used to have room enough for a snack cart. There's a whole bunch of extend-a-queue that's not used anymore.Potter did this from Day 1.
Every little bit helps."Travel down a mystical river surrounded by the colorful Flora and fauna of Pandora, climaxed by a meeting with the Shaman of Snacks who helps guide you back home with full stoumachs"

It's a sham, man!THAT'S IT!! The Shaman of Snacks.![]()
Lol, yes, I opened IOA and my job was to sell soda in the queue for Spider-Man and Dudley. It’s summer time, it gets hot. I do not miss having to track all that cash though.Potter did this from Day 1.
Maybe they can split the queue up and if you are willing to buy a snackpass plus, you can get the shorter line and a mickey ice cream bar.
I was coming here to say exactly this, difference is that Universal carts offered booze. We were at Disney for Memorial Day weekend and I noticed drink carts at the Safari line and EE line.Yep. It's an excellent idea.

Are those new? I don't remember them when we were there in Dec., and one day I was in there for three hours while my son put together a beaded string thing for his banshee to wear. I thought I had seen everything - like 20 times. And bought one of everything. Except the choco coconut egg thing, because no. If those are still there, though, I can see them in my future. They have been doing this since at least New Years but it is not consistent. Several times I have been there while they were doing it and several times when not. I love those strawberry gummy flower things.. Last time I was there they were not doing it and I had to go into the gift shop to get some. I am addicted to them now.

Let’s not get crazy now. NRJ is 20x the ride Journey into Imagination is. But having said that it definitely isn’t worth a 60 minute wait. When you buy something in the line, they should as an extra bonus tell you how short and terrible the ride is so that you don't have to waste your time waiting for the remainder of the queue. I've actually been tempted to warn people at the end of standby. I can't imagine waiting more than 5 minutes for that ride. I honestly don't know if I'd even bother then. By far the worst dark ride on property accounting for wait time and ride experience. Even worse than Journey with Figment. At least the line is usually short for that.
