I used to not like Illuminations, but it's grown to be my favorite nighttime show. I'm excited to see any changes made!

Finally...

Reflections of Earth will finally soon have all new lasers.

I won't go into specifics but they should all be in use before the end of year. Probably with some new programming too.

The show will also be getting some other enhancements I can't talk about at the moment

Well parts of said sound system including speakers were blown out when I was there in July and for a good while before over by Canada section at least.

And not sure of what other plussing Martin is refering to but hopefully they are addressing the 'scale' of the presentation. That is a lot of area to fill. New lasers will help a lot.

Finally! The lasers are IMO the most underappreciated parts of the show. The timing and thought put into them and their patterns are awesome...... When you can actually see them (which requires a lot of luck).

I know it's beloved but I've never been a big fan. Easily one of my all time top 5 overrated/overhyped things at WDW. Up there with zebra domes at Boma.

Skipping Illuminations is simple, but in my experience if someone wants to force feed you Zebra Domes there really isn't much you can do about it

I heard the other plussing is that at the end they freeze the entire lake and pass out ice skates. The only catch is you have to sing along when the song comes on.
