So what do we think the future build resorts will be at wdw? Just DVC? Any moderates at all if they’re having trouble filling deluxe rooms? Are they content with their inventory and don’t plan any new builds at all and just focus on conversions?

They have plans. Just not the desire to go through with them yet.

Have you heard anything about this area? Was just driving past it and was thinking how that could be a good spot for a resort on the lake thats there now, but I guess not being near a park would be It’s downfall.

The math says only DVC.

The price categories have basically been abandoned and they have quietly hidden blowback on their prices for many years.

The skyliner is great late November-May. During rainy season though dont plan on going anywhere mid afternoon when the skies open up. If only there was a covered, elevated, mass transit system...

That’s a lot of rooms to link along Osceola…and If you put another station in the studios parking lot…That’s a huge network for 3 parks

It would be fine if they could get the bus to pick you up at IG and not have to schlep it over to beach club in a monsoon

The problem is with the technology in use but we knew that already.
