refillable mugs

I'm sorry if this has been asked before:

Is the mugs just for soda or can it be used for juices, coffee and milk?

They can be filled with any beverage that you fill yourself... soda, coffee, and there is juice too, I believe.. so yes

It can be used for anything at the refreshment bar. I like to have a cup of hot tea in the morning. The teabags at the WL are at the register; all I have to do is ask for one. We have soda, juice, coffee, iced tea, etc. Never a problem. :wave:

They are good for soda, coffee and tea as far as I know. We've gotten mugs for the last few years, and I'm pretty sure that juice isn't included.

The mugs are the best things at the resort! They are sooo worth the price you pay for them. You save a lot of money on what you would normally pay for drinks! I cant wait to go back! Less than 2 months!

Sorry if this has already been asked, but when we bought our mugs years ago we were told that we could bring them back to the same resort and use them forever. Since our last visit, I have heard that the refillable mugs are good for that visit only. Any truth to this?

No truth to it. You must purchase a new mug during each visit. The "rules" are posted, I believe, at the resorts now.

When I went to POR back in October the mug refills include everything at the "beverage stations", from what I remember these were.....

Coke
Diet Coke
Caffine Free Diet Coke
Sprite
Fanta
Fruit Punch
Pink Lemonade
Hot Chocolate

I think that was it, anyone else think of anymore??

The rule has always been for Length of Stay only...

A lot of people try and claim that they used to be good for life, but this has never been the case.

In February at the Contemporary we used our mug for icees. Over and over and over again. The kids loved them!

Now what a minute, I also was told, by a Cast Member that the mugs were good for whenever I came back to WDW. This was back in 2000. I think the exact words told to me was "This a great deal. The mug is good this trip and all future trips to Disney, always remember to pack it in your suitcase."

Does anyone know the Dinosaur (It's a brontosaurus) thingy in MGM near the Indiana Jones Stunt Show? It's by the lake. I got free refills on my slurpee in the Disney mug that I got from there.

It's always been length of stay.

Most people won't say anything about using old mugs again at the same resort or at other resorts.

I've been hearing rumblings about people at Pop have been stopped from using other mugs by some managers.
