Refillable Mugs

We purchased a couple of resort specific refillable mugs which I believe are not sold anymore. This is probably a repeat question but can I still use those mugs or do I need to buy the new 2007 WDW mugs?

I use them every day. I have one from AKL, one from CBR, two from PO, one from CSR, and two of the new generic ones I'll now use and store the others to keep the print from washing off.

Thanks for the pics, they look really cool (I love the Three Caballeros!). I will be crossing my fingers that they won't be replaced next year by bland YOMD dreck. My 2006 All Stars Sports mug needs retirement from daily use.

When we were there in August some guests came from another resort and tried to use their YoaMD mugs and the bartenders would not let them, because in CSR you can only use the CSR mugs. We will be bringing ours back in December. I would hate to see the CSR stop using their resort specific ones! It is my favorite souvenier from the trip because I can actually use it at home!

The mug is more like $11.99. And I don't think the 3 cents is right either. That's the same cost my restaurant manager told me back in 1977. And in addition to the cost of the soda etc. Disney pays people to maintain and clean the beverage stations.

Absolutely correct Lucky, not to mention the energy costs to keep product cool (or warm) personnel cost to serve said product etc. etc.

Bottom line, folks can rationalize all they want, but if you know that the mugs are for your length of stay (and I am sure most folks do) then to even attempt to use them beyond that period of time, which you are fully aware of, is wrong. Plain and simple!:wave:
