Receipt Breakdown?

Hello,
I have recently purchased a trip for 2 for Disney world, resort, park and dining plan.
It's a package and all one price.

Do you ever get a breakdown from Disney for how much is for parks tickets, how much for room and how much for dining?

I need it for work, but I cannot find it on app nor does Disney when reached out say that they will.

Is there anything like this at check out maybe?

Thanks on advance for help!

Update:
We booked through Disney directly on their website. We have paid in full for the package. at check out we did screenshot the amounts, of each add on. And did the math. The problem is that we need itemized receipt from Disney. Work won't allow total receipt with screenshot breakdown (i've tried!)

I am a support worker taking a person we support on a trip of a life time. We need it itemized receipt b/c support workers costs are covered and supported person needs to pay other parts

anyhoo, we provided the screenshots with explanation. They said they need something from Disney itemized. We asked disney they said same thing, that we can show by add on feature . but this won't work. We've heard maybe you get an itemized receipt out check out. This is me asking if indeed this is true.

Thought maybe someone who has recently done it might know

I would go on the website and try to replicate your package, as if booking it online yourself. I’ve always found the prices there are the same as provided over the phone or thru a travel agent.

Did you get sent an invoice for the package?

When I booked through the UK Disney site, I got an invoice emailed from the Walt Disney Travel Company that broke it down.

Hi there,
The email only said total cost and what the total included .not an itemized breakdown of what each part cost.

I am wondering if anyone who has gone recently, ended up getting breakdown at check out

When did you book this and how?

If this was a package then unless you’ve paid in full then presumably it’ll need to be paid for in full before your trip.

I would contact whoever you booked it through. Ask for an invoice with a breakdown of hotel, tickets and dining plan. And the balance left.

At check-out you only get a list of charges paid during your stay.

I tried that but they need itemized receipt

I did that but they said that would count as itemized receipt that can be submitted..I was just curious if anyone here had booked and later on check out/after trip got itemized receipt.

I need itemized for each part of trip 😩 as so parts covered some not.

WDW does not provide break-down of the invoice for US packages.

As someone mentioned -- go online and try booking the parts separately. It's not exact but the best you can get. Tickets are valued at the price to buy them separately. Dining has a value -- I think it's $94.28 per adult per night for length of stay. Room cost is the variable and so if you subtract tickets and dining from your total you'll have the room cost.

The package was purchased right from disney. The receipt had no itemized cost. But rather whole cost with what it included :(

Yes - you receive an itemized receipt when you check out - however, I haven’t had the dining plan since (probably) 2016 - so not sure if it would be on there or not.
When I checked out a few weeks ago it showed my room and each and every purchase from each store/ kiosk/ restaurant. (I buy my park tickets at my local military base)
Have you tried calling Disney? They are always so helpful on the phone.

Doesn’t the itemised receipt only show what you’ve charged to the room? It won’t show the individual components of the package, afaik.
The OP already mentioned they’ve tried calling. Seems Disney can’t or won’t help. ☹️

Ah - @Canadian Dani - then disregard my post. My itemized receipt did show my room only charge and then items charged to the room. And I missed the fact that you had already called.
My only other idea is to cancel the current reservation and then make a room only reservation and then ‘add to it’
As in - a receipt for room only, then add tickets - a receipt for room only plus tickets, then add the dining plan and have a receipt for room only plus tickets plus dining plan.
Not sure if that will work for your accounting group or not. But it’s an option. You’d have to call in two or three times which is a hassle!
