I don't know if any of you saw the movie, "The Toy" with Richard Pryor...well, there's a scene in there where someone is calling to the little boy in the movie. His last name was "Bates" and the person kept referring to him as "Master".

I won't go any further. I'm the 'master of my domain'.

I did see the movie a good long ago -when I couldn´t understand the meaning of many hidden comments!-.
I loved when they were playing with the toys at the store and Richard Pryor gets trapped in the giant inflatable wheel! hahaha It was a funny movie with a good message. :)

I loved to watch the movie because it was filmed in my hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I never understood why people would chuckle at that comment until many years later, myself.

Understandable... you and I are kinda the same age! So we should have watched the movie when it was just released. They still play it on tv sometimes here, but dubbed!

oboy...I turn my back for an hour and look what happens.

<----(thinks he probably made a good choice hiding behind the moniker "Wilt" for a year-and-a-half.)

Buuut....while we're on the subject: Let me just say that this thread blows, but I am glad we all got to the head of the matter, because otherwise I might have been shafted, and the result would have been one big mess. :D :o There, that should get it out of everyone's system. :)

BTW, I was feeling so special for a moment, thinking I had actually elicited a "mature" post from El Grizz-Meister, before he pretended to be all innocent.:animwink:
