What is the name of that disgusting fishy jelly? was it made of crawfish? I can´t remember the name but it was an unbelievably disgusting idea! (sorry)...

My aunt gave me her recipe, but she didn't have one for the sauce. She makes it to taste. I just haven't had time to work on my own...

Crawfish boil with new potatoes and corn on the cob, eating it in cardboard beer flats. Oh, and you have to $uck the heads too. Ain't nothing like it. :slurp:

Dirty rice? Bring it on!!

And while we're at it, how about anything off the menu from Mike Andersen's that involves shrimp. If I ever get to request a last meal, that's where it's coming from!

quit talking about cajun food I am getting hungry for it oh and darrel he is right I make an awesome Gumbo thats not hot at all just very tasty of course my husband adds hot sauce to his plate lol
