Well, I think the right move was made last night, even though I wanted Katie to stay. The red team has to win an immunity challenge to get things happening on the yellow side. They aren't being forced to make any of the tough moves yet. I'm a bit torn on the reward challenge. It was a total stalemate so I see that it was a lot of expended energy by the tribes and a deal had to be made. What bugged me was Abi saying "I'll go with the majority" and then complaining about it. Either speak up or shut up. Can't have it both ways. She should be the first to go on Yellow. At least the one guy did speak up that he wasn't happy with the deal when it was first stated. But the ones who cried the most didn't even get dirty in the challenge.

I really thought the red was going to win the immunity. They had a lead in it.

Next week looks interesting with everyone scrambling to grab their stuff.

So we merge this week. Great move by Penner to play his idol. Perfect spot to do it. I was shocked that Skup didn't flip to the other tribe and that Jeff did. MAN I CAN'T STAND ABI!!! Not in a "She's playing a great game like Russell Hanz" kind of way, but she is just an annoying person kind of way. Can't stand her attitude at all.

Glad that Denise won an Immunity...poor lady has been to all of them and survived.

If Penner doesn't get immunity, it's not a foregone conclusion he's gone next. You can tell by the highlights Penner is upset and shows it. Even mentioned "Free Agent". They could use him to vote someone else out and still have numbers, but are they smart enough to do that? My choice...ABI.

Liked the challenge this week...a bit different from the others. MLB players have tremendous strength in their forearms and hands from the hitting standpoint alone, so you know Jeff could have went forever on that challenge. Smart move to drop it knowing he wasn't on the block and the targets were on others...maybe a smokescreen that he isn't a physical threat? Seems like they are all calling the young guys the threats and not Jeff or Skup.

I was really annoyed that RC and Mike didn't flip and vote with Kalabaw. I would have loved to have seen either Abi or Pete voted off. Abi is a , and Pete is so cocky and full of himself. Artis would have been my 3rd choice. What makes no sense is RC and Mike were fully aware that they were at the bottom of the barrell at Tandang, yet they didn't flip. And I don't blame Penner for being upset. What Jeff and Carter did just sucked. Yes, it's a game, I get it. But Jeff is letting his obsession with "not letting a veteran player win" go a little too far. I wonder how long ago he would have been voted off if anyone had announced he's a retired MLB superstar??

Lisa finding Malcolm's idol was so funny! I really like her. I hope Penner is right and she flies under the radar all the way to the finals.

WOW...just looked Jeff Kent up on Wikipedia. He was a really good player.

I totally agree that it would be cool to see Blair make it to the finals. If she is just "Lisa" and not "Blair", she totally wins. But will Penner now blow her cover because he is so ed?

And Yes Abi is totally that.

Wow. Well, I was cheering for Jonathon when he won immunity. Good for him! I What a turn of events after that, though.

Malcolm is a bad liar. When Pete asked him if he had the idol and he said no, I was like, ohhhh Malcolm. Lol. I have to give props to Lisa. She is in it to win it and she's playing hard. Has Artis said more than 2 words on camera this whole season? I don't get how he is one of the "power 3" when he gets so little screen time.

Jeff.... oy. I was surprised it was him to go in the end. I was hoping for Pete. I am so sick of his smug smirk. Next week looks interesting. I hope Lisa and Mike finally wise up and flip on those Tandang jerks. We shall see.

How funny was Jeff's parting comment: "I made 60 million playing baseball and I wanted this million so bad. And it wouldn't even have been 1 million, it would have been 600 thousand after Obama takes his cut" So funny!

Man Abi is a biotch...she's totally blowing the social game, but she will probably be taken with to the final 3 because they know nobody will vote for her. I couldn't believe it when she starts talking down to Lisa when they are trying to get her vote to take Penner out. STOOOPID!!! Then her expression and answers at Tribal...unreal. Great Blindside on Artis, he had no clue. I wish it was Abi, but she'll probably use the idol next time or they will flush it out to get it out of play. Pete would have been great too. Malcolm is doing a great job getting the target off of him and not having to use his idol. Penner playing his off...nice to see. Blair is playing the loyalty game perfectly. She'll get votes based on that because she is liked by both sides. Given her background, you could think that she is just acting out there and playing them all. But, my wife's aunt was a director in Hollywood years ago and directed an episode of Facts of Life. When I talked to her last night, she said Lisa is really a sweet person and what we are seeing on Survivor is really how she is in real life. A genuine nice person.

Hopefully Abi melts down this coming week and is sent packing...then there will be the fireworks on Ponderosa to watch!!

So after watching Tribal, I thought for sure it was Lisa who flipped. It wasn't. It was Mike! Lisa is loyal to a fault. Abi is so rude and condescending towards her. I was disappointed that Kalabaw targeted Artis. Would've loved to have seen Abi or Pete go. But, you guys are right. Abi will be kept around because she will be easy to beat in the finals.
I watched RC and Jeff's Ponderosa footage. RC's laugh was so annoying I had to lower the volume. Ugh.
Would love to see Penner win. Or Denise. She survived all those Tribals early in the game, and is now flying under the radar. Carter hasn't done much to deserve still being around. Then again, neither has Abi.

According to the TV listings, there will be an actual "new" episode of Survivor this week and not the "best of" the first half that they had done in the past.

Well, That was a fun one to watch, they properly roasted Abi at tribal. Glad they flushed the idol and whacked Petey. I totally call BS on the "cultural" thing and Abi didn't know she was being a total rag and being looked at like she was evil. Abi is totally useless around camp and in the challenges...flips the wrong piece to let the other team win the round and then when asked if she knows what she is supposed to do she answers "No, not really"...really?!?!? This is a challenge where others are depending on you, you don't know what to do and don't bother to ask for clarification? Ugh.

I hope they whack her next time so we can see the fireworks on Ponderosa...RC layed into Pete pretty well.

I totally don't trust Skup and his flip-flopping. Because now he can use Abi to get Malcolm or Penner out and keep her around. Then someone is going to get the bright idea to take her to the finals because nobody will vote for her.

It's definitely getting interesting now.

RC needs to take a chill pill. I was wondering while watching the clip if Pete was going to fess up that he planted the clue in her bag. Looks like he didn't. I agree that Artis and Pete are much more likeable now that they are out of the game than they ever were in it. While Abi would be the easy target, there are much more dangerous players still left, namely Penner and Malcolm. I can see Lisa and Denise flying under the radar to the very end. A final three of Denise, Lisa and Carter would not be a shock. Of those three, Denise would get my vote. Next week should be fun!
