Ready For Some Survivor??

I think Roxy's attitude was her own worst enemy. She kept giving everyone the "DIE" stare. Not a way to win friends/alliances in this game.

Glad Roxy went and not Angie. But "Cookies"...really?!?! She wasn't picked for her brains, so what did you expect? Seems like Jeff K's knee is fine now. He didn't struggle a bit pulling that sled.

Some nice camera shots tonite.

I love that Penner found the idol. May make for some interesting moments to come.

I was shocked they got rid of Roxy, but very happy. Angie is wonderful eye candy. Roxy contributed nothing to the tribe. She just sounded to me like she was jealous of Angie.

Oh, you could totally see the jealousy in her. All of her snarky comments had to do with Angie's "attributes" and started when they got all snuggly. They seemed unified in the decision since it was unanimous. She was totally useless, so glad she didn't pull a Vecepia and float thru the game.

Since it is an even # of 4 now, I'm wondering if they will split them up and merge them in with the other tribes or just do another blind draw or a "pick a rock"(or egg) and that's the "new" tribe you are on. It seems that the full strength tribes would have to sit 2 at each challenge and that does limit the challenges you can have if you leave them as 4. It's not like the blue tribe has anything of value that would need to be split up or anything.

I think I spotted a knee brace - but that's probably just for stability. If it were torn there would be NO WAY he could perform like that. Not without some cortisone shots, at least.

Cookies. There are probably a million and one better answers than cookies.

Isn't ANYONE going to notice the handle on top of the rice bin is gone??

The cookies answer didn't bother me. It seemed to make sense. Instead of just being general and saying food, she said what kind of food she likes.

Considering their living condition & diet over the 5 days or so which led to the moment, I'm not surprised cookies was on her mind. Maybe not the most thought-out answer she could've given, but at least it was honest.

Well, the blue tribe is fading fast. Sorry to see Angie go. Looks like Blair may be able to hang on a bit longer. They need to wrap Skupin up in bubble wrap. That dude hurts himself in the craziest ways. RC and the remaining female from the blue tribe impressed the hell out of me. Incredible at the challenge. The idol is still up for grabs in the blue camp...someone has to stumble up on it, don't they? I am so undecided on Abi, at times she's fine and others I can't stand her. Hopefully they start to give us more of the other tribes since it has really been focused on the Blue so far.

Yeah, his act was getting old. They have to mix the tribes up this week...they can't make the other teams sit out all but 2 of their players, can they? I doubt they would just split them up and put one of each on the remaining tribes...that would just make them easy prey at the next tribal. Then they can have the reward of the next challenge to be that the winning tribe gets to go to the blue tribes base and take everything they want from it. Not that there is much...except for an Idol!!!

I'm surprised that they just put one on one team and the other on the other team. But I'm glad that they are both not on the chopping block right away. Bummer to see Dana go out like that. She was gonna be a tough competitor down the road. I think they made the right choice in Dawson. While she couldn't get up that first hill, Katie is somewhat useful. Also not as annoying as Dawson...just be quiet, huh? Very surprised Dawson didn't sell Kent out and say he's a former player and is already rich.

I have decided I don't like Abi. Always volunteers to sit out the challenges...show some fight, would ya! And her attitude sucks too. Way too much flying off the handle about everything. Especially with Malcom on that side, they can see her as expendible...after they use her for her idol.

Me too. When she exited tribal counsel, I was expecting her to turn around and say something like: "Bye guys! Good luck...oh, and bye Jeff Kent!" Would've been hilarious. Though isn't there some rule where once you have been voted out, you cannot do or say anything which might alter future events in the game for remaining players? That might have gotten her in trouble with the show's producers (but still would've been funny).

Though I'm glad his cover wasn't blown. Jeff Kent is a good guy, and I'm sure if he does win the million, it will go to charity or something. Though if he wins, it's his to do whatever he wants; he earned it. But he's into it for the game and pushing personal limitations, rather than the $$$.

Did anyone else find it very weird that Dawson hugged Jeff after he snuffed her torch? I'm glad she's gone. And I'm glad she didn't "out" Jeff Kent. I like him, and Jonathan. I felt so bad for Dana. When the doctor said he wasn't pulling her out of the game, I was really hoping she'd try to stay and tough it out. And you could see Katie's face... "Oh, crap. There goes my alliance". Denise and Malcolm are both in very good spots, which is ironic considering how bad their start to the game was. Oh, and I despise Abi. I will do a little dance when that witch is voted off. :D

They have had rainy seasons in the past, but I think this one is the wettest. I'm always cold and can't stand wearing wet clothes, so we can chalk this up as reasons #3723 and #3724 as to why I wouldn't be on Survivor.

The challenges this season have been fun. Early season challenges tend to be elaborate, multi-stage competitions designed for easy placement of blame. These have fit that mold and been good. I look forward to the mid-season challenges, too, which are geared around outing alliances ("you're allowed to bring two people with you"). It never fails to amuse me how many people fall into the trap. I'm less interested in the final challenges, which are generally a mish-mash of whatever props and sets the producers have left over with some outright repeats.

As a baseball fan, I'm rooting for Jeff Kent. As an eye candy fan, I'm rooting for Katie. Given the utter suck of the Matsing tribe, we haven't seen enough real scheming, so I don't have a favorite to win (the master strategist for the season). I like that Peter planted the hidden immunity idol clue to stir up trouble, but that alone is not enough to describe him as a master strategist.

Imagine the chaos that's going to happen if all 3 hidden immunity idols are still in play after the merge. Double and triple blind sides!
