Hello,
We are targeting September 20th to release the demo World Wide.
The current plan is to release the demo in the afternoon US East Coast time to all the usual online places. More details to follow!

I've heard the 15th as a date. I think we can all agree it will be within the next weekish.

The Demo was Offically announced today the 15th in a Atari press release that the demo will be released on the 27th of septemeber.

I don't really care for the demo or the release. What I am waiting for is RCT3's equivalent of the BAT. I would also like a Sat map uploader like with SimCity4 so nearly perfect parks ca be built. (nearly perfect because RCT3 does not allow curved paths and buildings that are not snapped to the grid).

Just played it....not liking it too much. The gameplay and look reminds of other off-the-shelf Tycoon games. I don't suspect that we'll be seeing many Disney theme park recreations with this one either. Why Chris Sawyer couldn't have kept it like the original two, I'll never know.

Because the engine wasn't efficent, it had bad graphics, and because of those graphics it was getting low raitings from game critics. Remeber guys, it's ONLY a demo. Anyone remeber the RCT1 demo?

I downloaded it for 17 hours yesterday and came home today to find an error message. I can't even play it. I was looking forward to it. Oh well.

I played it a bit more today....still not liking it. Building coasters is more difficult and many things just don't seem to make sense.
As of now, I don't believe that I will buy RCT3.
