Rare Characters

Honestly, I think every character that's not one of Mickey's friends, Pooh's friends, a princess, or from "Toy Story" can be considered rare.

In that case, there are quite a lot of "rare" characters right now. Even if we cut those connected to princesses in some fashion (Gaston, the Fairy Godmother, etc), characters we have meeting on a regular basis in the parks right now include Alice & The White Rabbit, Peter Pan & Tinker Bell, Phineas & Ferb, Jake from Disney Jr., Mike & Sulley, Mr. Incredible & Frozen, Mary Poppins, Marie, Rafiki, Dug & Russell, Baloo & King Louie, and Stitch.

Honestly, it doesn't really matter to me now. Since 2011 the only characters I meet on Disney trips are Pooh and Tigger. And Eeyore, if I can find him.

She was at last year's 24-hour event in the Magic Kingdom, though that was in part to promote the new movie.

The movie version was there as a One time thing so they normally stick the toon version out..Besides being there for Dream Along I think the only other time is/was during Villians Unleashed...

I heard Clarice from "Two Chips And A Miss" came out for a meet and greet during easter at Disney World years ago and can also be found at Hollywood Studios.

Pinocchio was on Main Street 2 years ago - and I met Darkwing Duck when I was a kid! And Cruella at Disneyland Paris last year!
I heard Pinocchio does meet and greets at Italy in Epcot. I don't know if he can still be found though as of late.

He does, or at least did. I've gotten my photo with him back when it was on Streets of America.
I'm still bummed that they gotten ride of the bus where other characters would drive in a bus across world showcase and do a show and meet and greets. Remember Around The World With Mickey show at Epcot in 1998?
