I was looking for lodging for my friend's B-day trip to WDW and i came across a great deal. At the Holiday Villas, i could get a 3 bedroom villa for under 100 dollars a night. It was sheer bliss. No bed sharing, 2 TVs! It holds up to 8 people! 2 bathrooms!

Then i read the fine print... I can't book there cuz I'm under 25. *cries*

That is illegal. I'm 52. I'll book the room for you!

I think they are allowed to charge extra (as car rentals do) because of your age, but I didn't think they could out and out refuse to rent to you. (as long as the person renting is 21) I'm not even sure about the extra charge ...car rental companies can cite accident statistics to back their policy.

I would contact the greater Orlando convention and tourism bureau...they might give you a lead on who handles complaints about this sort of thing.
