Excuse me for saying this but you sound a little like a drama queen.
Firstly, from someone who works customer service in a similar position(NOT Universal):
1) We don't do anything that important over the phone. When it comes to large transactions or important changes, we need to see the ID, information, your face, etc. That is completely understandable.
2) If you're sitting on a bench, the employees are probably busy walking back and forth doing other things. Why didn't a regular visitor stop to ask you why you were looking bad? Why is it just employees?
3) Of course you had to go to the back of the line after leaving - that's how it works. We would have gotten ten of these threads of how UO employees let some guy skip the line if everything went according to how you want it.
Sounds like they dealt with the situation just fine.
