I honestly have never had an issue with customer service at wdw with the exception of a server at Citricos (nothing major, Just not the nicest person when your paying 100 a head for dinner).
I have never been in the ticket situation before universal. I guess I just imagine it going better at the world. Im sure it can go either way no matter where you visit though. Its done now . Im all better. No more fever.

Excuse me for saying this but you sound a little like a drama queen.

Firstly, from someone who works customer service in a similar position(NOT Universal):

1) We don't do anything that important over the phone. When it comes to large transactions or important changes, we need to see the ID, information, your face, etc. That is completely understandable.

2) If you're sitting on a bench, the employees are probably busy walking back and forth doing other things. Why didn't a regular visitor stop to ask you why you were looking bad? Why is it just employees?

3) Of course you had to go to the back of the line after leaving - that's how it works. We would have gotten ten of these threads of how UO employees let some guy skip the line if everything went according to how you want it.

Sounds like they dealt with the situation just fine.

Next time, buy your tickets online and print them at home! This would have saved you all the problems.

And August Busch IV ruined SeaWorld when he sold out to InBev, not Blackstone!

To the Customer Service Person... I agree with you. It sucks being on the side that doesn't get their way, but sometimes you have to stand back and look at it from both sides.
