I haven't been to Universal Studios except for the IOA part so I don't know what I would think.

Magic Kingdom
Islands of Adventure (due to HP)
Hollywood Studios
Epcot (This ranks much higher during F&W)
Universal Studios
Animal Kingdom

*I haven't been to Sea World in 20 years. It wouldn't be fair for me to rank it amongst the others.

1- MK- Easy choice
2- IoA/Epcot- Really tough choice, IoA has better attractions but doesn't have the feel that Epcot has, specifically WS. For most of the year its IoA but when F&W roles around its Epcot, and peace on earth illuminations is my favorite show so that keeps it in my number 2 spot.
4- AK- great overall feel, had the best show on property and will again, everest is still a good coaster despite its main element not working, and Safari is such a unique and wonderful attraction.
5- HS- Love Tot and RNR, star tours is great, sunset boulevard has such a good feel at night. The park has great themed table service locations, but easily the worst quick service locations.
6- USO- Haven't spent much time here despite having an AP, The mummy is a great attraction, MIB was great as well, and Terminator was great despite appearing outdated I loved the idea of the show and its one that would really shine with an update. HRRR was a let down for me, I was so looking forward to riding it but just wound up disappointed. I know its had more than its fair share of problems which seem to have been fixed. Im not sure if I rode it with its new trains or not, but I feel that it would've been a great coaster if they had just made it a little bit bigger, not height or speed wise it just feels like its shoe horned into its location.
7- Sea world Haven't been in a long time so its here by default

1.) Magic Kingdom - My favorite theme park in WDW. It just screams Disney and has a lot of things I can do.
2.) Epcot - Not many rides but that's fine. I love World Showcase though!
3.) Animal Kingdom - It's a beautiful park and animals are the real stars of the show.
4.) Hollywood Studios - Yes, not having enough rides is a problem, especially when you know you wouldn't last a second on TOT or RnRC but I love Toy Story Mania and Star Tours! Also the shows are very nice. They could add more rides or attractions though.
5.) Islands of Adventure - Beautifully themed but not a whole of lot to do for me. Not a thrill seeker so there aren't too many rides I'll actually enjoy. (Only ride I really enjoyed was the Amazing Spider-Man ride. I haven't been to IOA since 2004 or '05 so I haven't seen the HP land but by the looks of it, I'll enjoy only HP and the Forbidden Journey if I get a chance to ride it.)
6.) Universal Studios - I just remember not enjoying it very much except for the MIB: Alien Attack ride. But from what I've seen that they've added in recent years, it wouldn't appeal to me very much. I'm not really crazy about Universal's films in general so the attractions the films are based on would not appeal to me. The Diagon Alley expansion would help but going to US just for the MIB and Harry Potter? Probably not worth spending money at unless I really wanted to.
7.) SeaWorld - The rides and shows wouldn't appeal to me very much. Seeing the sea animals would be enjoyable but doing that alone? Yeah, that doesn't suit me.

MK - #1 for the family, everything else tries to copy it; untouchably good when at low crowds, but capacity is an ongoing issue
EP - #1 for me personally; most well rounded park with something for everyone, good at night, great layout; just lacking 1 or 2 attractions and 1 more pavilion
IOA - great attractions + improving ambiance; getting ever closer to the top, just missing a slight "I don't know what"
AK - great ambiance and scenery, lacks attractions; C + H just makes me mad, please replace this; love being here when it's raining - lol
DHS - two of the best rides anywhere(RnRC, ToT), manic layout and show schedules frustrate me every time
US - good rides, good layout, just good overall
SW - 1/2 unique + 1/2 bland = one visit every 10 years

1. Magic Kingdom: Though it pales in comparison to Disneyland, it has the most to offer, it's the original Orlando park, and has nostalgia going for it.
Definitely needs another E-ticket and redo of Tomorrowland though.

2. Islands of Adventure: fantastic theming, two of the best dark rides ever, as well as three of the best water rides...with more rides and additions on the way this park deserves #2. It could definitely use a few more family rides.

3. Universal Studios: while its seen many changes over the years, most have been for the better. Numerous awesome attractions, as well as Potter phase 2 on the way...only thing this park is lacking is a good water ride and an update to Kidzone...but the Kidzone update is coming!

4. Epcot: it was one of the greatest, and sadly future world is a bit of a mess, but its still a beautiful park with great attractions.
Get Imagination and Universe of Energy updated, as well as a new pavilion in spot of WOL and the park will shine again!

5. Sea World: what they're doing here has been major steps in the right direction. Love the atmosphere, the coasters, animals, and food!
Add a few coasters and another family ride or two and this place will be top notch.

6. Hollywood Studios: thematically the park is a mess, and kind of cramped...but it does have some of the best rides in Orlando.
Get this place thematically in order and add a few more family rides and Studios could be back on track.

7. Animal Kingdom: while thematically more cohesive than DHS, and beautiful, the park is massive but severely lacking in attractions, and the ones they have have multiple show issues...between a lacking Kali River Rapids, an Everest minus a working Yeti, a safari where they can't decide what to do with the ending, a park icon falling apart and a Dinosaur ride with half of its effects not in use...the park just isn't up to what I expect from Disney

At least it's interesting! I like seeing how people rank ALL of the Orlando parks.
It is a little extra interesting in certain posts! ;)

But it's a hard question. The best park is the park I feel like visiting today, lol...or the park with the ride I feel like riding today.

If this question pops up again in six months, I might answer differently, too.

Just got a like on this, and caused me to go back and look at my old rankings. I'm a bit surprised I had DHS at the bottom of the heap. I still hate the back half of that park, but I think the front half should be strong enough to lift it out of the basement. I almost think the park should be split in two with the halves ranked separately, because the dropoff in quality is so drastic. (Less so now with Toy Story Mania, but still...)

I think my right-this-minute rankings would be the same at the top, with Epcot-MK-IoA 1-2-3. After that, it gets tougher.

USF is a decent park, but nothing except the Mummy really jumps out at me. But I also haven't been in several years, since The Simpsons and the Hollywood coaster opened, although I can't imagine either bumping the park *that* much for me.

DAK is a lovely place to walk around and just experience, although none of the attractions really sing to me. Its ranking is entirely based on theming to me.

DHS, as I mentioned, is Jekyll and Hyde. There's really no better area of any park than Sunset Boulevard, with ToT, RNRC, and all that wonderful '30s swing music theming the street. And there's not a much more unappealing mishmash of half-assed entertainment in any Disney park than what lies behind the hat.

I think I like the front half of DHS so much that I'd move it to 4th. AK is 5th, just for the enjoyment I get from sight-seeing in the park. USF is 6th, or at least the USF of c. 2005, when I went last.

Still never been to SeaWorld.

1) MK - So much to do, so many iconic rides and attractions, and for anyone with kids it has to rank at or near the top. The FLE was ready just as my daughter went princess crazy (4 then), and eating at Be our Guest restaurant was like heaven to her.

2) EPCOT - The wife and kids not so much, but they are coming around with TT, Soarin' (the youngest loves it), and MS. Now we always try to make a trip during F&WF for food and music. Pre-F&WF it would have ranked lower, probably 3 or 4.

3) DHS - ToT, RnRC, and TSMM are can't miss. SWW the past few years have helped move this one up as well, and with new movies that experience (and anything else SW they want to add *cough 'Land' cough* will be good) will get better every year. Also looking at the holiday experience with this one and the OFSoDL are an experience unto themselves.

4) AK - Starting to sound like a Disney homer, but read on for reasons. Just a great park with great lands to walk around. The rides are good overall, but this is the one park we will limit our time in (split day or even dropping) if we are going for a long weekend of 3 days or less. Can't rank it higher unless it is a must-do park.

5) IoA - Great rides, however I have not been there in at least 5 years, so I have not experienced the Potter. Disney wins out over Universal when time is limited, so it has to also rank lower until the playing field is leveled (with Annuals to both Disney & Universal) where I actually have to make the day-by-day decision of which park to visit over which.

6) Sea World - Bought a pass last year and enjoyed it. Added Aquatica which helped me rank it to 6. The rides have too much of a Six Flags feel, but the animals are the real attractions.

7) US - The last time I visited we did the usual. It was fun. We left.
