Yes...our dates are set in stone. We are definitely going Sept. 6-13. We have airfare, hotel, rental car all taken care of. Now we just need to plan our days.
We know we'll be going to the beach one day or maybe two...probably will hit DL resort 2-3 days and we'd like to do Six Flags b/c we get in for free. I'd maybe like to take in a TV show too...my mom has a friend who's in the entertainment industry (He created the kitchen scene in Jurassic Park...plus he's done quite a few other movies...I think my mom said he was in on Narnia too.) so, I might get to do something really cool related to that too.
We were going to San Diego, but I don't think that's happening now.

Not even that I just know that 6 people in a 1 br suite at the Saratoga won't be 100% comfortable sleeping and as much as I love my friends, they are really bossy and everyone will want to do things their way. Plus not everyone is a Disney "fan" per say and I don't want to hear the negativity while I am on vacation.

What days of the week do you think you'll go to DL? Will you try to do it on a weekday when it's not so busy?

I understand. I think it would be the same way if I tried to stay in the same room as my friends. Although, most of them get that I'm into the magic...and I think we'd all have a great time if we all went together. That's actually something I'd been wishing for for 5 years now...hasn't happened yet...don't know if it's ever gonna happen...but I think we'd have a decent time together.
Um...not sure yet...I think if we do 3 days...at least one will be a weekday. I think WHF was thinking of going on that Thurs and Fri...if we add another day in though, I assume we'd also be going on Wed...but not sure yet. Like I said, we don't have every thing planned out, and if we have to, we can still rearrange our hotel days. Since WHF gets them for free, there's nothing really tying us to one particular hotel on any particular day.

So my parents are in Jamaica to photograph a wedding this week...my dad has already lost his cell phone in the pool. :lookaroun Oops!

I really think (in this case) it's for the best...in an odd way I feel like we all have similar strong personalities and for a whole week of close quarters it will just not work.
My dream trip is for my whole family to go, but that will probably never happen between my dad and my brother and having to bring the dog with us.
Corey did that last summer when we were at the beach.
