I am doing good. Trying to lose weight which is very hard for me.:zipit:
it's hard for everybody...
but the only advice i can give you... find a way to do it that you can enjoy... or something that is within your comfort zone...
trend diets, IMO, don't work because they're aren't within people's comfort zones so they fall off the wagon easily...
I did a lot of thinking into what foods I can replace with something healthier...
after lunch I always want chips... but... I like apples, carrots, and celerey too... not nearly as tasty but you just say "i'm not going to worry about tomorrow, TODAY I AM EATING FRUIT/VEGGIES AS A SNACK" and just tell yourself that everyday and take it one day at a time... but again it has to be things you like...
and sometimes... ya know Bake Lays are not thatttt bad for you (not good) but not terrible... so i sneak them in every now and then... no biggie... find foods you like to snack on that actually aren't all that unhealthy...
you seem to enjoy going for your walks... so keep that up... and try to find ways to keep it fun/interesting... try and get your daughters to go with you every now and then...
just try to find enjoyment in your weight loss...
Trust me, I know how hard it is... and how hard it can be to hold back temptation... but right now is the hardest time... it gets soooo much easier suzie... I promise...
You can't tell me all this hard work wasn't worth it when you looked down after only two weeks and you'd lost 5 pounds!!! :sohappy:
that was awesome and I'm so proud of you... and I'm here to try my best to help you all the way because we're both trying to lose weight... so it'll be good encouragement...
and the biggest... don't get discouraged... (this has been my downfall...)
if you cheat and eat something you probably shouldn't have... NO BIG DEAL... don't let it make you feel bad and then discourage you from something else... just tell yourself it was your treat for a job well done...
YOU'RE DOING GREAT!!!!
